About the place
The restaurant is on Libertății Boulevard in the town centre, a short walk from Corvin Castle. The room has a white arch, wicker lamps and solid wood tables. Chef Adrian Bașa runs the kitchen, and the place is run together with Ileana Sterp.
The menu includes lamb roast with pastrami and brown butter (120 lei), beef roast with boiled beef and beef jus (90 lei) and pork neck with pickled onion and crispy bacon (65 lei). There is also lașca pasta with sheep's cheese, trout with polenta and cheese aged in cloth.
