What we don't collect

There are no forms, accounts, newsletters or comments. We don't ask for your name, email or any other data to use the guide.

Visitor statistics

We use Fathom Analytics to see how many visits pages get and which countries visitors come from. Fathom uses no cookies, doesn't store IP addresses and builds no visitor profiles. We only see aggregate numbers and cannot identify anyone.

We also count clicks on sponsors, as aggregate numbers, so we can tell sponsors how many visits we sent them.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details: usefathom.com/privacy.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.. Like any server, the provider receives your IP address and technical browser information when you open a page, to deliver it and to protect the site from attacks. These technical logs are kept by the provider for a short period under its own policy.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.

Fonts

Fonts are hosted on our own server. Nothing is loaded from Google or other third parties to display text.

External links

When you follow a link to Google Maps, Waze, a venue's or a sponsor's site, you leave hunedoara.info. That site's own privacy policy then applies.

If you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We keep correspondence for at most two years after the last message, then delete it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests.
